This simple, handsome light made with salvaged wine barrel rings wants to warm up your walls.Modern and chic yet wonderfully rustic, each "Glasgow" is handmade from retired Opus 1, Rutherford and Stags Leap wine barrel rings. We bend the wine barrel rings by hand (you should see our forearms!) and carefully weld it together to create a shape that reflects the light. Some have said this has a steam-punk vibe to it, but we prefer the term "timeless." Simple and serene, it looks great on or off.We work with a lot of interior designers and several of the projects needed something really different and yet modern / industrial while keeping a fun vibe. This LOFT line of lighting is truly one of a kind. Perfect for bath vanities!The back plate is recycled steel and has a metal UL plate for the electrical box connection and small front screws for attachment giving the effect that it''s floating on the wall -- truly delightful!
