Must be used with metal driver (not included). Need the metal driver,
Cookie paddles work well for all but the stiffest cookie dough
Please use the Bosch Universal Dough Hook when adding ingredients such as raisins, nuts, oatmeal, etc, or making extra-large batches
Cookie paddles are dishwasher safe
The splash ring must always be locked in place when using cookie paddles, bowl cover may be removed to easily add ingredients
Do no use with frozen or cold butter
