Made of composite, the Red Coral Branches Large Set fools the eye into thinking they are composed of the natural materials found at the bottom of the sea. Though they appear to be placed on stacked wood stands, these bases are made of composite as well. The red sculptures have two artisans to thank for the feeling of authenticity: the mold maker, who is central to the work; and the painter, who hand-paints the pieces to create the illusion that they are from nature. We also offer a smaller set of coral sculptures in a brighter red.
