Your valance will clip to the top rail of the blind and extend beyond the window frame and will connect to both 3½ inch return/side pieces. The ends of your valance and side pieces will be cut at 45° to properly attach at a right angle.| VALANCE | Outside Mount orders do not have size decustions. The size you order is the size you will receive.| PROPER MEASURE |(1) Measure the width in three places (top, middle, bottom) and use the widest width.
